I haven’t had my hair done in a long time and it was a MESS. Between working full time and going to school full time and a bad break up I let it get really bad. My hair is really long, really fine and reallllly thick it tangles easily. I had just been washing it and throwing it up so it ended up getting really badly matted. I was super embarrassed I let my beautiful hair get the way it did and it was actually starting to hurt and give me headaches. Decided to go somewhere that had a good reputation regardless of price. I said put me with anyone just SAVE MY HAIR lol They assigned me to SJ and thank GOD they did. She was so sweet and understanding. My hair is restored (we did have to cut some out it was so bad, not her fault I was just hurting) and it is so so so beautiful. Going back for balayage in a couple weeks because my scalp needed a break. SJ THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! (Also your colleague with the blue hair who jumped in and tried to help get out the knots). I wish we had thought to take a before and after picture because the difference is ASTRONOMICAL! Bravo. I’ll never go anywhere else again!

Great place, skilled team. Some cuts are better than others, but some of that is probably on me for not sticking to a single stylist. The massage, by the way, is fantastic.
