The owner greets you as soon as you walk in, is attentive, does not talk down to customers. The shop is pleasant and clean. The service is unbeatable. I highly recommend bringing phones and ipads here for repair or replacement. Many options for sale in house.

I had Lake Effect replace iphone batteries on two different ocassions followed by a MacBook Pro battery. Great service in every respect. I highly recommend Lake Effect. Great people. A++++++

WOW! I reached out in communication and heard back so quickly. He was able to get me in that day and fix my phone (replace my screen) in under an hour. I also told him my speaker by my ear wasn't very loud and he replaced it included in my screen repair! My phone is like brand new! He also was less expensive than other chain places I looked at, is local, and had excellent reviews--this is why I tried him. I highly recommend him and would come back. Go local!

I have an S10+ and having on the screen, not scratches. I can feel it on top of the screen and not into the screen itself. Do you have way to remove? A laser to it? I have tried everything on the net: toothpaste, baking soda, brasso
