Professional, helpful, yet relaxed! The technicians and counter staff were all very genuine and accommodating. Even though we had to drive out to the Woodland Mall portion of the Beltline from Downtown GR, we'll make that trip again every time! I dumped a mug of coffee on my old laptop by accident; and I knew just enough about computers to know the poor thing was done for, but not enough to hope that my data and information might be salvaged from the hard drives. Calling these guys up and just speaking with the desk clerk put me at such ease- and the technical service backed up their store-front manner as well! My data was recovered and returned to me in excellent time, Andrew basically saved my life. The whole engagement was speedy and personalized, they were happy to answer questions and hear concerns and always made sure I stayed in the loop. Overall, simply amazing people down here. Highly recommend! If you're panicking about a computer device, these folks will take care of you!

This is the second time that I've used them to rescue my computer and they did an outstanding job! They explained everything in plain language and offered me a variety of solutions in a non condescending manner. They repaired and upgraded my machine for a reasonable price. I dealt with Andrew, he was professional, polite, patient, and honest with me right from the start, he also finished the task very quickly, I highly recommend them!

$29 with an appointment scheduled through the Apple website! Outside of appointment times, it is $69. Make sure all backups and updates are completed as well before going in.
