I went to Express PC hoping to sell my used laptop. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and gave the appearance of authority to authorize such a transaction. He inspected my computer, which needed a repair, and then justified his low offer because of the cost of the repair, making a resale difficult at current market prices. Nevertheless, he made an offer, and I accepted the same. He then told me that he had to call his "manager" for approval. After discussion, he rescinded his offer. I protested to no avail, and he made a number of excuses justifying his behavior. Such deception is unethical. I will not do business with this outfit. __________________________________________________________________ SUBSEQUENT EDIT to my review following the owner's reply below: Thank you for your reply and allowing me the opportunity to set the record straight. We obviously have a disagreement with certain facts, and I will cut to the chase as to the nature of my disagreement. 1. When the attendant behind the counter asked if the computer had any problems, I noted the sole exception of the crack in touchscreen affecting the right third of the touchscreen functionality. There was no deception regarding that issue...i.e. scratch vs. crack, or half vs. third of the screen. It was clearly visible, and we had no other discussion or disagreement on that matter. 2. I disagree strongly with the owner's statement that the offer was predicated with the word "might". The attendant never used that word, nor did he tell me that the offer was contingent on discussing the offer with the manager. In short, he made me an unconditioned offer, and I accepted the offer. Only then did he proceed to tell me he had to speak with his manager, which then led to him rescinding the offer. 3. The owner states he does not understand about why I think getting a manager's approval is unethical. I never stated (or implied) that getting the manager's approval is unethical. In fact, quite the opposite...I believe it is a good business practice. However, it is not ethical to make an unconditional offer, have the offer accepted, and then rescind the offer after a discussion with the manager...especially when the attendant gave every impression that he was authorized to make his unconditional offer.

Amazing service, they are very knowledgeable and gave me updates every step of the way. Fair pricing and no charge for initial inspection. My PC works like a dream now. I will be returning if I have any problems in the future!! If there were 6 stars they'd get it.

My computer locked up & then gave me an error message that basically meant, “Ha! Good luck!” This was extremely worrying because it was my work computer (I am an independent designer). I called Express PC & AJ told me to bring the computer on over. After talking through the issue with AJ, he got straight to work. I received a call within a couple of hours with an update. Less than 24 hours of dropping off the computer, AJ was able to return my computer & recover all the files I was worried I had lost! The price was VERY fair, AJ walked me through all the issues & explained the possible outcomes & he worked as quickly as he could. I would recommend this business to absolutely anyone! Don’t waste your time on the big box stores or high priced places - AJ will take great care of you! 5-stars is not nearly enough!

My wife's laptop randomly stopped turning on so we found Express PC on Google and liked the reviews. We brought the laptop in, explained what had happened and AJ told us he would give us a call when it was done. The issue turned out to be a loose power cable from the factory that most shops would have breezed right past. They took the time to diagnose the problem and got us on our way very affordably. We are very happy with the service we received and will be back with our next computer problem.

I think they could definitely help with that service.
I wouldn't say anyone. Many can work on a Xbox 360 but depends on mechanical and electrical aptitude along with deciphering and following instructions
