Too many times I’ve been here when I lived in the area and this time I came about 9 hrs this time to see a sold out show. Since April 2021 the security staff have gotten very rude to the concert goers after the show ends and it’s sad to see that. I’ve been more hesitant to attend shows due to this issue. Great stage size, bad security.

Went to see Starset last night with The Word Alive. This venue is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. This non descript brick building would be easy to pass by as you make your way through Grand Rapids. The atmosphere in here is great. The thing I was most happy about is how loud it is! Most venues today are nowhere near loud enough. Security is great and helpful. The stage setup is top notch as well. I will be returning here time and time again for future shows.

First time experience was great! Nice intimate atmosphere for artists on the comeup or veterans making their tour rounds. Elevation was a perfect venue for the fact you could be on the ground level or in the elevated sections surrounding it! Only gave it 4 stars due to not trying any drinks they had for sale and their prices.. Otherwise a great place to have a concert throughout the week 👌🏾

Great Venue! Friendly staff. During my visit you could get beer for $7 and there was free water refills somewhere. The bathrooms were small and the smoking section adequate. Show was sold out, it looked like about 700 people. See you next time!

The last time I was there, I saw someone in a wheelchair just on the main floor. I don't think they have a specific space for wheelchairs. People were very respectful of that persons space though so they could still see fine.
Yes! Intersection and the Stache have wheelchair accessibility from the parking lot and the Mint and Elevation have a wrap around complete wheelchair access from the Elevation entrance.
I had my 12 year old there this summer for Lauren Dusky
I went last month and there was no requirement from the venue requirements were based on the artists wants.
Theres street parking but for the chesprst ypull have to go about 7 blocks away frim thrre and thstd $5 for 4 hours
I'm pretty sure that's not going to work, generally a photo ID is required.
Really you should be good if you have the paperwork, one bartender gave me a hard time but it really depends on the worker
My hula hoop has a flat, so its deflated.... but if it was up and running the intersection is where I would be !
Will call means you don't have to print your tickets you just have to show your ID at the door as well as the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets online
Theres metered parking around that's free after 6pm and free all weekends, but the lot across from the venue is paid.
You can normally purchase tickets as a guest if you follow the prompts, or follow The Intersection on fb sometimes they have discount codes. Sounds like user error tbh as I've never had to input a password to buy tickets.
Was there last weekend and they did not require anything.
Go on his website and look for tour locations and dates.
If it's all ages, no.
As long as it's a vaild Id there shouldn't be any issues
All depends on the show. You can call the intersection box office to see if there is a age limit.
Their venue was 17 and older for zomboy and they card everyone at the door
Not sure, but make sure you find a comfortable spot. You won't be able to move once they overfill the place!
Every age is welcome except for venues that typically state clearly an age restriction
This is what I found on her website and Intersections: Ashley McBryde – The Girl Going Nowhere Tour with special guest Dee White Oct 25 6:30 pm
They have easily accessible ramps for wheelchair enabled visitors, and often they will help any handicapped peoples without an issue. Sometimes for shows an extra charge may be applied for a reserved seating but most often standing room only. Check at will call just in case per show basis.
Oh,sorry, and thank you for answering anyway. I will call them directly.
Doors usually open at seven for most events
They do have a side door that leads right to the intersection, bypassing the stache. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to accommodate if they don't have that door open at the time.
i would call the intersection to be sure, especially if Yelawolf isn't advertised as an all ages show. If it is an all ages show you should be fine.
Like the fast pass tickets? I think it was 10 or 15 minutes before everyone else ushered in. Enough time to get a drink and a good spot to stand.
You will, they will give you an M on your hand so they know not to serve you alcohol!
Yes there is tvs but usually not playing anything when a show is happening
Its usually 18+
You can get in as long as you have a ticket, digital or printed.
It changes from concert to concert, but it should say on the ticket/website you get it from
Emily, when you get there talk to Sam or R.J both are great security guards.... explain your situation...
Yes
You can show the tickets on your phone or print them out.
Nada. Downtown has good service though
Lifted cheaper than uber
Yes you do. You can buy them online or at the box office once they go on sale, or buy them day of at the box office as long as it isn't sold out. If it sells out and you don't have tickets, you're just out of luck. Hope this helps!
Yes they can,.but depends on the show
I would call and ask
Yeah, you can park right around the corner which is limited, or in the parking lot in front of it if you wanna pay.
