I had a great customer service experience with Susan! I needed help with ordering a breast pump from an online retailer and she called them with me to get it all sorted out. I can't thank her enough as this was my first time doing this and was so lost! I hope she is able to see this as we got cut off before I could thank her!

I should not have to wait over 40 minutes to talk to someone at Blue Cross and Blue Shield to ask a simple question that will take them less than two minutes to answer. Maybe if their website was better, providers could get the information that they needed. As it is we have to sit on the phone like this.
