Delivers exactly what you expect of a Courtyard brand: neat, clean, efficient, friendly, well priced. Rooms were clean and generous enough. Had no issues with noise, parking or difficulty getting there like other reviewers - was easy and straightforward. Not a 5 star hotel by any means but deserves a 5 star rating for delivering what it promises on the tin.

I would stay at this hotel again. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and bars, and I felt safe walking around at night. The rooms are standard size with great blackout curtains. The parking is in a covered garage for $24/day, though the garage is confusing to navigate. There is a Starbucks with a limited drink menu and some pricey breakfast options on the first floor along with a grab-n-go snack selection in the lobby.

My husband and I stayed last night for his birthday. Great day for sure! The ladies at the front desk helped us right away getting us check in Early! Great hospitality from these ladies. I forget their names. But Thank you! We'll be back! And Brian the night clerk was very helpful and friendly as well!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Amanda at the front desk. Very nice and delightful that there are really good-hearted people like her. She is very understanding and cares about her guests. I think if more professionals adapted her attitude and work ethic, the business revenue would go up at least 33%. It is very important to treat the guest right and to go above and beyond expectations, and she truly did. The customer service is A-1 and you will not regret your stay.

I just got off the phone with Marriot staff. They reported $25 per day valet parking and $20 per day self parking
Yes the walkway also lets to exit the front of the arena when its closed so its then a shore outside walk to several restaurants.
I'm not sure about parking. The place has it's own parking structure, Valet is 5.
I stayed here in the room was very nice. The staff was pleasant and very apologetic about the broken down elevator
Parking is super easy. For self park though the walking route to get back to the hotel is long and winds around a lot. I did both, self park my personal car and valeted the company rental. If price isn't an issue I would recommend the valet parking. It was so much easier.
