We stay at this hotel about 6 times per year and have had a great experience. The breakfast is always done well and the staff at breakfast and dinner service is outstanding. However, our last stay was a bit challenging with the woman at the heck In desk.

Positive: Airport shuttle Negative: Wasn¿t a 4 star hotel. None of the typical accommodations a usual 4 star would have. Full size beds rather than queen. Rooms were not sound proof. Could head other rooms TVs, conversations, baby¿s. It was an adequate hotel for the price paid - 40%

Positive: the person working my 12th was great & had a great room very nice & clean. The person working the 15th was nice but our room wasn't that nice and needed to be updated. Negative: All rooms should be updated like the first night stay or there should be a notice that they will be and when.

I was there for a two day survey and I thought that would look like a very nice place. Easy to find while driving. A parking spaces. The venue had several rooms available for multiple use events. The second day had another conference at the same time. Well it times it was a little loud in the corridor and the staff side oh, it may have only been noticeable because I sat so close to the door.
