For a company that has great reviews it is sad that they have terrible customer service . My pool was done in February of 2022 and automatically had issues with the pool lights . The company claimed their was nothing wrong yet we have videos of the lights going in and out . We are now in October and my lights do not work correctly and only 2 of the 3 were replaced . Then of course we pay a monthly fee for cleaning no biggie. Apparently one of the filters was suppose to be cleaned out about a month after the pool was running . Nobody every informed us nor was it in the contract and to top it off the person that was cleaning the pool never checked the filter . According to a supervisor the reason the lights weren’t working correctly was because of the filter . Go figure how that makes sense . They charge 85$ for a technician to come out even though the lights are under warranty and I had several people come to check out the pool. It is never ending with them . It’s the lights , the salt cell system and no receiving correct paper work for work orders . When work orders are put it you never get any update . You call at the office number and Crystal is rude asking why am I unhappy if my pool works fine . She clearly cannot handle customer service and isn’t a technician so how can someone sitting on a computer see the problem. The pool doesn’t work fine ! You can’t contact a supervisor or a knowledgeable person . Work orders are putting out in and when you call the office theirs no work orders . Nobody every knows anything and I’m suppose to keep paying 85$ every time they can’t fix and issue with a brand new pool plus $120 for monthly cleaning ! Disappointment is an understatement .

Bought my pool through GL homes. They failed to show up the first 2 orientation mertings. On the 3rd one they realized that the salt system was not connected, the pump is not connected to the timer, there is no suction at the skimmer. They were supposed to show up on saturday first thing and of course never showed up. Stay away from this company.

We had a wonderful experience and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. Joanna is very professional and knowledgeable. We had heard horror stories from other people that had new swimming pool installed and after meeting with her our we knew she was trustworthy. She was very patient and answered all of our many questions. We can't say enough about her and fountain blue. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
