The first time i called they forgot about me. I ended up getting a ride from a kind stranger. The second time I called , they showed up 45 mins later than they had stated. The cab was dirty and smelly. I was late to my meeting. There will be no third time.

I called for a pick up and was told because of the storm they won’t be available so I said thanks and hung up. They texted me and told me I was rude and continued to bad mouth me saying that no one should be on the road during the storm. I had to block their number

I've used this Cab company a few times and I tend to like all the drivers but there was one particular driver whose name was Bobby Joe or Billie Jean. She was so friendly and so charming and so kind and thoughtful and helpful. She was training and there was another driver a little squat looking newer woman who would not shut her mouth. She was berating and being rude to the person who was training who was an absolute angel. I would have given four stars but the kind and awesome cab drivers save this Cab company. I really hope you fire this other girl she has reddish hair
