I have gotten my hair done twice at this salon the first time I had dark black hair and I went in for highlights and I loved how it came out and I paid a decent amount , the second time around I asked for the same thing highlights almost Like a retouch (my hair is already way lighter so it should be easier I had black hair the first time) and I wanted layers. I came out with something completely different all types of different color blonde orangey highlights and short hair no layers . The whole time my stylist was complaining on how she didn’t work that day and needed to get paid more . When it came time to pay i had paid almost double of what I paid the first time for something more simple .

Overall I SLAY my wash and set every time but I don’t know if it is because I’m African American and this is a Hispanic owned beauty salon, the customer service sucks. If you DO NOT SPEAK Spanish then be prepared to be handled as if you’re an alien. I feel like in 2021 the Blacks VS Spanish his stupid and we have to do better!

I’ve been doing my her with Charo for +2 years. When I came by the first time, my hair was completely damaged and I had lost a lot of her. Since She does your hair, you will see how it changes, my hair wasn’t this long and healthy since I was a little girl. Visit her, you won’t regret it. By the way, the Place is always neat and fresh and the attentions are the best.💯♥️
