Had my daughter here to try a Botox treatment she was in tears crying when the blow dryer was being used on highest setting.Mind u it’s her first time treatment so she has virgin hair! The stylist did not really consider asking OR being more gentle even when asked to be more gentle! Also I do not think it was Botox who knows what due to results only lasted 2 weeks. Also they are Unprofessional stylists yelling at one another. They Not considerate towards the customer. It was our first and last time visit!

I was serviced immediately upon arrival, I got suchhhhh a good shampoo after she was done I felt like I had the cleanest scalp in the entire world . I felt free or judgment as I am an African American woman who is not always able to properly maintain her hair . The owner was so hands on and nice I felt lie she genuinely cared about getting my hair to the most healthy state as possible. it was a clean environment everyone customers and staff had masks there was little to no one in the shop & everyone was social distanced in and out . I was very shocked at how quickly I got out im use to sitting in a salon for HOURS . The owner even stepped in to trim my hair and offered me additional services I had a great experience and the price was fair I expected that considering the state my hair was in and all the additional treatments I had gotten . Will definitely be returning. Only thing they could improve on is more customer interaction . Talking to us instead of amongst themselves and not sure if they had name tags or not but that would be nice only thing I can remember my stylist by was her beautiful red hair ! Thank you to the owner and her wonderful team

I have a long hair and I usually get charged 50 she charged me 60. Plus I have the tip. So I gave her 4. Not to the girl who did my hair. She gets 5. Will go back just to get done hair with the same girl. Good thing they all wear mask. Also my appointment was exactly for the time she took me do that was 5.
