VERY nice front desk. Clean, clean, clean...the room, the breakfast area, the lobby. Water pressure could have been a tad higher, but lots of hot water. Very pleased.

Front desk, late check-in person, Andy was a hoot! Clean room, comfortable bed, and my wife enjoyed the workout room. Easy access off of the freeway but a little longer trip to get back on. The desk chair was broken and the shower was a drooler.. the room was overpriced for booking direct with the location. It was listed cheaper on the web @ $146 per night. We were charged $186 per night which is a little steep for Lebanon, Missouri and for what is there.

The new girl at the counter was very pleasant & the hotel is very clean. However, we did get up to our rooms to find them dirty. Within a half hour of waiting in the lobby the rooms were flipped & we got in and settled - not the worst thing. One of the beds in one of the rooms we rented is broken, though. if you sit on the edge the whole thing tips. The pool is clean & we're looking forward to the free breakfast. Paid $300 for 2 rooms. Kids are happy. Glad there's free ice for our cooler tomorrow. Wouldnt be my first pick in the future, but also wouldn't be somewhere I'd go out of my way to avoid.

Horrible experience. I called yesterday and spoke with a gentleman to make sure they had my reservation and make sure the price was the same as it was booked on Expedia. He stated everything was good and check in was at 3pm. So we drove 5 hrs to get there and arrived around 3:10. When we got there we were told they could not check us in until 3:30 because they were short-handed with staffing issues. So we left and went shopping for a little bit. We got back to the hotel at 3:45, went up to our room and it still wasnt done. We had to wait in the hallway until 4:15 before we could get in. Mind you we were going to a concert about 30 mins away from this hotel that started letting people in at 5:30. We wanted to go somewhere to eat before the show and had to settle for fast food because they were so late. So I paid with cash for the room and then got tabbed $139 (the room was only $117) out of my bank account too. The night girl had no idea why it hit me for that amount and said she could not find any information that I paid the room with cash. I had to wait until the next day to get an answer and was told its a incidental fee that should fall off. So now I am waiting to see if it post or not. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
