What an awesome place to keep your dog. The place is loaded with activities to keep your furry loved one hooked - at least all the dogs I saw seemed so excited they were dragging their owners panting up the walkway to get inside! Lol. There is not a lot of parking, but off To the side there is other parking for residences and business that can be used. The place is doggie clean, ample heated rooms, and luxury rooms with tv and couches. There also USA doggie gym, large pool/spa and splash/cool-off mini pools, play area by dog size and grooming salon. It is also wonderful that in addition all those amenities, they have a veterinary hospital on premises. Dogs are allowed for visits only with recent vaccinations and good health history. On you first visit, they give a FREE day where pers are evaluated for sociability skills. After which they are given a report of their day! Oh, and I almost forgot, staff is friendly, and personable ,gives treats to your pet and knowing it by name. If you need pet training, it’s also there for a few. They have various pet sitting, fees/plans for fun times, pet sitting and overnights. Grooming deals on Fridays, and dress up deals for dogs on some holidays. I love it, and so would every owner of a fur ball. Prices are fair market value, workers treat the dogs like family, and overall it is just a welcome place for doggie. Come check out their services yourself in person or Facebook where they upload pictures of your dog daily. (See below for my German Shepherd’s first day.) It’s definitely worth it.

I'm extremely disappointed with their training program. The trainer seemed unqualified and after 2 weeks, my dog came home exhausted and at an unhealthy weight. None of the issues we discussed with the trainer were corrected and she picked up more bad habits than she came in with. After going to another trainer, I was told that I was ripped off bringing her here. I can't speak for their daycare but I would not recommend their training programs.

On dog #2 now, and both of my baby's have loved going there; its literally served as their home away from home! The staff knows each dog personally, so I feel good about dropping my fur baby off and knowing she'll be cared for. Her after a long, satisfying day of play 🤣

Picked up my uncles dog Monday. Utterly disappointed and heart broken at the condition of the dog. I work in the vet industry (in the ER) and would never tolerate any of the animals in my care going home looking this way. I am taking him today for another vet visit today to get another evaluation be shaved properly and have a full medicated bath. I am fully aware he stayed for an extended amount of time and was very stressed, his owner is in the hospital. I am fully aware hot spots are common and I’m fully aware they are treatable, I treat them everyday!!!!!! But this is unacceptable. I hate leaving any negative reviews but this dog has been through enough. Please please please everyone always be aware and advocate for your fur babies

They don't do grooming here. There are groomers nearby in Federal Hill, though!
