I’ve been bringing my dog(s) here for many years. Paul and his team are such good people, they really care about the customer as a person and try to take everyone’s individual circumstances into account. They are very accommodating and reliable. They have always taken good care of my little buddies, whether for daycare or boarding. I know covid has been hard on them and I really hope they get the support they need to stay open and thrive. If you want individual attention where you/your pets are not just numbers, come here. Couldn’t recommend Woof & Wags more.

Please beware this may not be a licensed facility. I booked weeks in advance because I'm going out of town. When I got there to drop my puppy off for boarding they said they would not keep him because he has separation anxiety. A professional will know how to handle 10 month old puppy. Now

Highly recommended!! Clear instructions on drop off, great communication and amazing facility! Staff was very knowledgeable, respectful and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my pup with them for an extended stay

Honestly contemplated leaving a review or not. Woofs and Wags were convenient for a last minute trip to I took to the Bahamas. Accepted my reservation without any issues. The problem is that when I got my dog back home after a 5 day trip, I could feel scabs under his fur. After they peeled, it’s clear that he was bitten by another, much bigger dog. I specifically asked that he not be placed with other dogs because he’s smaller and bigger dogs tend to jump on him. I didn’t reach back out to Woofs and Wags because truthfully, I don’t want my intelligence to be insulted. I have pictures right before I dropped him off, and pictures now. He was clearly bitten. My pet and I live alone, no space heaters, open furnaces, curling irons etc. so I don’t need to be told that it could’ve happened elsewhere because it didn’t. My dog was GUZZLING water when he got home but honestly, compared to this scar on his face, who cares. I’m quite angry and hurt to know that this happened to him. My good friend visited him while I was away and he tells me that he was questioned about why he continued to visit because they were “reputable”… I don’t doubt that. But something absolutely happened to him here and I wasn’t notified.

It's $30/night for boarding. So that would cost $180 if you picked up Saturday before 11am. After 11am they charge for doggy day care that day.
both -we do daycare as well as overnight boarding and grooming
