No vent in bathroom. For a suite not totally up to par. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Pool was closed. Receptionist could not give us suggestions on what to do after the concert

The only thing that I was happy with is the continental breakfast and hot coffee.. There was a display with a complimentary bottle of water that read "Ask about me". And when I asked I was told it was something they were doing a long time ago. My question is why not take it down if you are know longer offering bottled water. The rooms are dirty, some rooms were so bad that people asked to be moved to a different room. The hotel is located in a drug infested area. The staff was very nice and pleasant but that did not make up for filthy rooms. I was there on business and if I had a choice in the matter I would have never chosen that hotel. I will never go there again.

We paid almost 400 dollars to stay in a Whirlpool room and I must say I was totally disapointed. The hotel outside looks newer and nice but once you're in your room you realize you're in a very outdated and dirty room. Carpets were dirty. Microwave plate broken, couldn't even watch TV comfortable because the remotes were useless to even raise or lower the volume. Bathroom sink was clogged up.. Everything looks mended like it keeps breaking and they just add another screw and nothing there looks new.. Now the Whirlpool.. was the worst.. after filling up all the way turned the jets on and maybe 2 out of 5 jets worked properly . Felt like I was just sitting in a hot bath. Anyways not the best as the name states.. not for the price I paid.. that's all. I expected better quality..

The room was okay, a lot of things were broken. I smelled weed coming from somewhere at night. The front desk attendant who checked us in did not answer my questions. He could not find our reservation at first, did not want to explain why I was being charged an extra 50 dollar deposit after I paid for the room months in advance. We picked a room with a jetted heart shaped tub, the fixtures only produced water around 85 degrees and the spout was loose. The doorknob on the bedroom door was broken. Overall not horrible, but not at all worth the price.
