An affordable place to stay, but you get what you pay for. Though an airport shuttle was advertised, they no longer provide this service, so I was left to find my own way at midnight. Service was not bad, but no effort was made to resolve the problem of a lack of airport shuttle. It was a "not my problem" kind of attitude. The place is run down, and my non-smoking room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. And the thermostat was set for 58 degrees on my arrival. Brrrr... Aside from the smell of smoke and a run down appearance, it seemed clean enough.

Do. Not. Stay here. I’ve been to many hotels in my life, & this is horrible to say the least. I knew as soon as I walked in the ‘lobby’ that I wanted to leave. This place looks like it used to be small apartments, turned into hotel rooms. This is a MOTEL, and definitely not a ‘3 star hotel’. This place needs to be shut down. They should charge $40 a night. Good luck getting your money back, for unsanitary conditions. You will have to argue to get it back.

Much slacking on housekeeping, coming from a housekeeper, no towels no soap no alarm clock no working remote with batteries no fire alarms which I'm sure is a hazard didn't even want to put my bare feet on the floor the minute we walked in our shoes were sticky. All around there's better places to stay cool set up. They are renovating but as far as housekeeping that could improve by a long shot and making sure everything was provided for the guests in the room that was said to be and a working pool would have been nice.

Do not stay here, we felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable as soon as we walked in the door. We ended up not even checking in (which I have never done before) and leaving after two couples in front of us were also canceling their reservation due to the same issues. Staff was not rude though, I would like to mention that; we just felt extremely uncomfortable and the hotel is extremely run down and uninviting.
