This was our first time at Sorella's, recommended by some friends. Our waitress Megan was great with just the right attentiveness. The food was delicious and the portions of baked rigatoni and lasagna were ample. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars, the entrees are stand alone. Single serving salads are not available and a simple slice of bread would have been appreciated.

- Extremely Nice & Easy Vibe .. Just a cool fun place to relax and enjoy good food. Waiter was very helpful and friendly…. The garlic bread is divine! DEFINITELY will be back.

We didn't know what to expect from this little place when we walked in this evening, but as soon as we opened the door and the aroma hit us, we knew it was a good decision. Greeted promptly, we sat at a table and began to peruse the menu. Several offerings leapt from the pages at us, which the server was wonderful enough to walk us through. Options selected, and drinks ordered, we sat back in the relaxing atmosphere for a bit of discussion. The scent of the arriving garlic bread hit before the dish arrived. Both my Wife and I were quite happy with what we saw and smelled. Even happier at the first bite. Would absolutely suggest you sample it as well. The meal arrived, and we were again quite happily greeted by the aroma of it. Handmade pasta, fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of herbs made both dishes an absolute joy. My cassrecce alla bolognese was flavorful, each flavor complimenting each other. While my Wife's mushroom and meatball lasagna brought a smile to her face. Not ones to typically take dessert, we made an exception here as the meal was painstakingly prepared. Opting for the apple crostata, we were quite delighted at what arrived. Sampling the pastry brought a tear of rememberence to my Wife's eye. Commenting at how it was so similar to what her Italian Grandmother used to make. Typically when we arrive at the coast, we keep to traditional coastal fare, however, our experience here will ensure this becomes one of our usual stops during our seaside visits. Great food, friendly and punctual service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We will be back Sorella...

Our expectations were higher based upon their reviews, than our actual experience on 10/4/2021. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. The bread was stale, and the pink mixture was very odd-looking. I think it was chopped tomatoes. (See photo). We sent it back. Next we tried the Caesar salad. The lettuce was crunchy and fresh, the dressing was passable, but the baked parmesan "crumbles" were soft and tasted off. We ordered the rigatoni for our entree. It too looked nothing like the photo that someone took awhile back. The pasta was chewy (undercooked) and the portion size was about half than what they used to serve. The sauce was okay. The bill came to $30.00 exactly, and we gave them a $100 bill, and received $60.00 back in change. Yes, you read that correctly: they tipped themselves until we pointed out the discrepancy. The server was new ("self-disclosed") and seemed to take our dislike of the meal personally. My wife ate so little that we had to go to another restaurant to actually eat. Stay tuned...

I enjoyed it quite a bit. I've eaten the best three deserts of my life at Sorella. Their fried peach pie (the actual name which is far prettier) is to live for.
