Everything about Courtyard Marriott's are great. That's why I prefer them over anything else. The staff at this location was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, kind and helpful. I sure hope they are made aware of that.

Positive: It looked ok Negative: They were untruthful about the amenities. I was to have gotten a wake-up call at 6 a.m. I did not get one and I started my day one-half hour late. Which screwed up my whole day. You also advertised as having a restaurant on premmsi and you did not.

Kids were running up and down the hallways all night. They kept playing in the elevator so nobody could use it. Went to the exercise room and kids playing in there unsupervised. Manager told me it happens everytime the travel hockey teams are in town. My advice is don't stay here if travel hockey is in town. They must pay more for their rooms then I did. Didn't get much sleep before our flight and the managers response seemed to be sorry about your luck... really disappointed in Marriott.

Brittany was very welcoming as we arrived. Our room was cool & clean& our bed was almost better than home. Morning coffee & muffin were yummy. There was a little problem with the shower, adjusted properly it worked fine. I did inform the gentelman at the desk as we checked out, and he was happy to know, as you don't know about every room
