HUGE Spacious Rooms with huge Kitchenette. Nice comfy King bed in King Suite. Very clean big bathroom. No mold in shower/tub. Ample vanity and shelves in bath. The only negatives were lighting in kitchen was sparse and more utensils were needed. There is a big microwave, mini elec. stove top and a full sized fridge and dishwasher! For extended stays you can always bring extra utensils and a table lamp for the kitchen. They also have a few appliances, crock pots, that they will loan out in the lobby. For the price it can't be beat

Customer service is absolutely terrible! They try everything they can to not help you. They told me one thing over the phone then when I showed up they did not honor that and flat out lied and said they never said that. The rooms AC was not working so they sent someone to fix it which didn’t work so they tried to switch our room to a different room with not AC and had a water leak! When we went to the front desk the person was in the office ignoring us. They did not give us the courtesy of saying one second or anything of the sort. When we finally got someone and informed them we wanted a refund and were going to a different hotel they said yes that’s fine they would issue it with in a few days. They then did NOT issue the refund and I had to call multiple times every time getting lied to and the run around. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Spend the extra $10-$20 and skip the frustration of dealing with the worst customer service I’ve ever had to endure.

The workers were extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. There is some construction work going on so the place is somewhat disorganized but this is not attributable to the hotel itself. The room comes well stocked with everything you may need. This is a nice place to go for a weeks stay. Nice location, close to Grand Rapids downtown and the airport.

Great service and front desk agent. She was so polite and helpful to all guest. The pool was warm and hot tub 🔥. Clean water. There was also kitchen and dishes, and cooking ware/electronic if you need or want to save money by cooking yourself. I may try to get a second job there.
