Great location, clean... but rooms were way too small and claustrophobic with one tiny window about 10 feet up.. no fridge or microwave in room. The bed was the most uncomfortable ever... WAY too soft! No parking validation.

Got married in the ballroom recently. Highly recommend! But the hotel & hotel amenities aren’t the best. Small, pricey, no refrigerator in regular rooms, some rooms weren’t clean ( could be short staffing) and expensive parking. If you use the ballroom for your wedding I would recommend staying at homewood or Hyatt.

Location and staff were great, spent some time talking with Ray at the front desk, he and the rest of the staff seem to truly enjoy their jobs and take pride in their work. The only complaints I have would be with the building itself. Minimal carpeting causes problems with echos through the halls and make the walls seem pretty thin. Our room had a sliding door for the bathroom that was only mounted at the top causing the bottom of the door to sit away from the door frame at the bottom as well as the track end not aligning with the door frame causing a crack of about an inch and a half of space where one could see into the bathroom. It was a lovely time and we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few improvements to the building itself that would make for a much better experience.

Rooms were smaller than expected, but was comfortable. The coffee in the room was ok. I wish they offered hot breakfast. The people working there was outstanding. They were all friendly
