Unfortunately it Closed! The Amway Grand Hotel is now affiliated with the Hilton Hotel Group. So a lot has changed including their amazing Club Level Perks.
I would call the concierge at the hotel. We were there June 22 and there was talk of construction. Maybe it has started and that's why Cygnus is not listed or operating??
I did not see anything with that name during my stay.
