Are dogs allowed on train?

Service animals are allowed. They prefer you give them notice but it is not required. I saw this answer from the Cog Railroad representative on Trip Advisor.

I saw dogs at the top, most likely from visitors that drove on the auto road. I didn't see anyone with dogs o the train i rode

I would think not unless it is a service animal. The floor of the train slopes dramatically on the way both up and downhill so it would be very difficult for a dog lying on the floor to remain in place.

I do not believe they're allowed unless it is a train service.
