Took the kids to do the gem mining. Super nice is letting our 4 kids have two to a small can. It was a fun experience for them. A little pricy with $20 a small can... But we'll assume the gems are 100% authentic so that's why they cost so much.

The staff were so friendly and helpful here we had a great time gem mining! Everyone was super nice and Jasper the cat was a sweetheart also!! The rain didn't stop us from the gems but it did keep us off of mini golf so we will have to go back! A great time for the whole family!!

This is such a cute little place. The rain did rain us out :( but we still were able to do some gem mining. The owners were SO very sweet. If you're looking for a nice relaxing cool fun to do family activity definitely recommend them. 💕 we definitely enjoyed our time!Thank you, Taylor, for giving the Lilly Pad Village a chance, despite the rain and power outage. Yes! We are open every day 11:00 to 4:00 between December 20th and 31st, except Christmas Day. If you are visiting before Christmas, we are open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. During the week you can actually make an appointment, and we’ll open just for you.

We try to make gem mining at the Lilly Pad Village as comfortable as possible. We have heaters set up and hot water for cold fingers. Winter is winter but gem mining with us is very cozy.
Yes, as long as weather allows us to, we are open all week. We’ll be closed Thanksgiving Day. Our gem mining is covered and heated.
We sell snacks, such as chips, ice cream, candy bars and water and softdrinks. However you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch. We have tables, chairs on a a beautiful deck, overlooking our pond that our customers can use free of charge. There are also two restaurants less than a mile away ...

Yes you can. In fact fishing is better afternoons. As long as you get here before 5:00 p.m. (or closing time depending on season) you can stay as long as you wish. Just FYI. Our fishing is catch and release.
