Every state you don't live in or claim residency in requires a state license then you have to check if the military base requires you to have a permit on top of state license, it's a shame Soldiers and retirees can't fish on Military reservations free.. I don't mine signing for tracking etc but why should we be required to waste money for a week. Sorry for tacking a dirt road on your question

The lake is a KY permit only. Follow alm posted regulations. Otter creek has other regulations

You need a fishing license. If you want to fish Otter Creek you need a Fort Knox permit.
