There are 3 cabins that are not on the lake, but they are a little larger. They are $50's a night. The rest of the cabins on the lake are $40. This is what I was told when I called about reservations on 4/18.

Most of them are $40 a night. However there a few that are a bit more money. All of them are very nice.

During the peak season (June 9 - August 10) you have to purchase 7 day timeslots at $40 per night. You can pay half up front and half later if you book far enough in advance.
