Brown County State Park, very near there, has a big horsemans campground.
10 miles south of there is the green Sullivan State Forest they have a day ride area and a horseman camp also

No, but Brighton Recreation Area in Michigan has one.
Not any more they let it go and put a camp store in it's place.
No, they do not, they did away with the horse areas a few years back.
