Yes. Services vary by campground. I stayed at Davidson Campground which included electric, water and electric sites as well as unserviced sites. A bathhouse was located in each campground which included showers, toilets and sinks. They are also heated.

None of the campsites do but there are visitor areas at the parking lots that have toilets and sinks.
