You have to pay $25 per car to park for non-residents, but non-residents can only park in their lot on weekdays. If you park away and then walk up to the beach, you have to pay $7 per person.

You can find 2 hour free parking close to the station. Then you go by foot to the beach in 15 minutes

The parking lot right next to the entry of the beach is resident only, so pay is not even an option there. There are free 2 hours road side parking next to the train station before you get into beach St.
