i dont think they do..i called them non stop for 3 days and was on hold for hours..no one picked up..when i drove down 2 hours and went to the store for a phone fix they told me samsung discontinued service with them and they called me once yest morning. no voicemail, no msgs, no trying agian. The store and geed squad were all totally empty and they were just goofing around but not answering phones..i am never making a purchase from best buy ..
