Ext 2180 brought up york pa bestbuys office so if you have trouble getting through the regular way, this will work.

Pressing 0 will not help. It's very diff to reach an actual person at this store now. The best thing is to push for a department then for checking of something is in stock. You can sometimes reach someone this way. Forget geek squad. Those calls are all diverted to a different store. Someone will pick up and can find the answer to your question for that department, but it does not connect to this location.
