Jeremy was amazing. The replacement plans are horrible because they don't carry any of the same product as you bought the plan for. Thus upselling you each time you attempt to replace them. Adding 20 dollars extra that you must pay to get your next pair of ear buds.

Impossible to reach them. Even if you can manage to get through you call was re routed to other stores. They have not staff for phone calls in York.
