The lady helped my girlfriend find sneakers to match her outfit and was very polite and customer service like. I love to shop there although some of the prices are a bit extreme. While checking out, I disliked how the guy at the counter used foul language while yelling across the store to a fellow employee. He was very unprofessional and gave me a bad first impression of the store.

They messed up my sizing for reservation when I ordered an 11 and they gave me a 12. They also proceeded to use racial slurs on me and cuss me out. When I noticed I gave 10 extra dollars, even though he was still counting the money, he decided to not give them back and a collection of not very nice words. They also made fun of my name. They obviously don't have the experience and proper equipment to monitor the people who are coming in and spending money. Nor do they care bc someone purchased $212 worth of merchandise on my card and then proceeded to try another $190 purchase. Good job on your end making sure your customers are legitimate. Should've seemed a little sketchy that they decided to try and make two different purchases with the same card only 3 minutes apart!
