I have NEVER been able to get through to a live person to ask questions before wasting my time going into the store!! This is the worst store to get in touch with “customer service “.
There's always the unpredictable delays in deliveries. But a courtesy phone call isn't too much to ask. The hold time is sadly the norm. I've never had issue with them but I've heard similar complaints. Contact management when you finally get through.
You are not even reaching the store. The calls are routed to Lancaster. One less job in York.
