How long of a hike to get to the waterfall

It's only about a half-mile to get to the falls from the upper parking lot, but be warned: from there you're only getting to the top of the falls, and you'll have 300+ stairs to go down and then back up again to see the falls. It's best to start from the lower parking lot to the falls, where it would be a 3 mile round-trip hike there and back.

The Stone mountain falls are about 3 tenths of a mile from the upper parking lot. From there it's about a half mile to the middle falls, then another half-mile to the lower falls. This is all one way
