We LOVED our cabin trip in Greenbrier State Forest! Only 12-15 minutes from Lewisburg's Historic District, Greenbrier State Forest sports several miles of gorgeous hiking trails, abundant diversity of wild plants, a swimming pool, archery range, and QUIET. The space between cabins means you don't really hear your neighbours, and there are quiet hours starting at 10pm. There are no street lights for the road in the cabin area, so when the sun sets, it gets DARK! You will definitely want to pack a flashlight or headlamp if you plan on doing any evening walks or hikes. You may also want to bring Tecnu and/or Jewelweed soap as there are several trails where Poison Ivy is under the ferns and other plants. The cabin we stayed in had AMAZING AC and heat, which was nice to come back to after a full day of hiking, and the fireplace puts out a good deal of heat! Beds are very comfortable! Great hot water shower. There isn't much counter space in the kitchen, but the table in the dining area is generously sized and makes a great prep area! We are definitely looking forward to our next stay in this awesome forest!

We got helpful advice from the staff at the gift shop. The GSF is great place to hike! All the paths are wide and well marked.

Wow!!! I was recommended to go here for hiking by my AirBnB host. I have to say that I was so happy I took her advice. Jenny in the rangers office recommend “Kates Loop” and again, couldn’t be more happy about taking the recommendation. …

Lots of little hikes from the cabin and a few with a drive. The entire area in general is gorgeous. The campground is nice and the cabins are surprisingly amazing (minus the lack of heat). There’s a pool which seems to be the local hang out …

Only snacks available at the swimming pool.
Yes they do.
Maybe the Sunoco but call first. Surprised the state park doesn't have one.
Park entry is FREE ! There is a charge for camping and for securing a covered Pavilion.
I think the pool opens on Memorial Day, call the office for more information
A few do, most do not.
They are open during that time
Call them and ask. I don't think they monitor the Google page
I have heard they will be doing it again this year....get your noodles ready. Lol
