I stayed there for a couple months. It was newly remodeled and very nice. Jay the owner was on top of everything. If there were roaches you should have asked for the owner. Every hotel no matter how nice can have problems. I stayed at one up north and got bed bugs, the worst thing anyone could get. If you don't tell the owner he can't fix the problem. Roaches was probably brought in by the last customer, no matter what hotel it is an unsanitary person can bring in lots of different things. This peticular hotel was stripped and put back new. Jay told me himself it cost over a million to remodel. It's just unfortunate some customers don't have any respect for others. Next time ask for the owner or ask for another room.
When i stayed i didn't have a any problems at the time they were renovating so i didnt have this problem. They can do better and have the pool open also but i havent been there since Hurricane came my way
