My 10 year old daughter and I arrived from our flight Wednesday around 1:50 pm. We noticed the front desk of our arrival, and she said there wouldn't be any rooms available until 3 pm. We told her we were going to wait, and we did. I didn't realize that she had began checking other people in (who arrived after us) until we ended up being the last ones. When we got to our room, there was only one set of towels, there were chips on the side of the bed, and I had to wipe down the counters. The fridge was not clean, and the carpet was not clean. We stayed in room 112. No one ever came to pick up our trash. We asked for an extra blanket Thursday, but we were forgotten until I went to the front desk. She stated that they only had an extra sheet. We wanted to take our trash out, but the trashcans were full. The hotel looked really nice, but I was disappointed, especially with it being Hilton. I took pictures and videos of everything. When we checked out at 4 this morning, there was no one at the front desk, even after we waited a while. I just had to call the hotel to check out. I don't blame the cleaning ladies, because they were doing the best they could do. The front desk staff is just not up to par. My final complaint is that one of the front desk clerks bumper into my daughter while rushing from wherever she was coming from, and she didn't even stop to say excuse me or apologize. I'd never stay here again.

This hotel has zero curb appeal. The exterior has all the flair of a Soviet-era military building. Just awful. That said, the hotel itself is very clean, with big, comfy, CLEAN rooms, and an engaging staff. The shower was nice, lots of hot water and water pressure. And, most important, the hotel is QUIET. We stayed here because our last trip we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn one exit down on Ashford Dunwoody Rd and it was so overwhelmed with interstate traffic noise we couldn't sleep. This hotel is just as close to I-285 and it's as quiet as a Sunday picnic in the country. Don't know how they do it. This is a very good hotel if you're traveling on business and want a great room and QUIET.

Very nice hotel. Was very clean. Smooth check in. The elevators kept closing on us getting in so may need an upgrade. Rooms are very spacious. The bed was comfortable to my liking. The breakfast isn't free unless you buy with reservations so the buffet was $20 a person which was kind of high for what was available. Overall pleased with stay. No real issues.

We stayed a night in past weekend. Location is very good. Near to Perimeter mall, not too far from downtown, very close to interstate. The check in was very smooth, and it seems hotel was recently renovated. Room was very spacious, and bed was really comfortable to sleep. However, after a short rest after checked into room, when we were going out for dinner, it had really strong smell of marijuana in the hall way. I am not sure if recreational marijuana is legal or not in GA, but this was the very first time we smelled something like this in the hotel. Not even in those state where recreational marijuana was legal, I have never smelled anything. We told about this and requested to move the room to some other place. But she was not helpful at all. She just told us that all the room is booked, and she's not even wanted to do anything about it. Only she told me was to check out if we don't want that room. We tried to reach out to corporate customer service, but they also just transfer us one to another people, and none was helpful at all. We did not went to Atlanta to talk to corporate people, so we eventually gave up reaching to someone. After we came back to hotel, there were very strong smell of air freshener with marijuana smell behind. At least good thing was no smells came into room. Same smell was in the hall way next morning. I thought any Hilton Hotel was basically smoke free facility at least in the USA. Very disappointed no one, not only the hotel person, but none from corporate was willing to help us. However, as I noted before, room itself was clean and nice, bed was really comfortable. So only if I know there won't be any smell like this again, I may stay here. But probably won't with this experience.

There is a Double Tree located at 2061 N Druid Hills Road. It's still in the City of Brookhaven and about 3 miles from Lenox Mall. Hope this helps you

The hotel is right near I-285 which can take you anywhere around metro Atlanta. If you need a grocery store, take a left onto the main road and you will be at Kroger in less than 2 minutes. If you need a mall, take I-285 W (west) and get off at exit 29 for Perimeter Mall.
