Arrived on the day of my reservation to be informed that check in was at 3pm and if you’re not checked in by 6pm they consider that a no show and cancel your whole reservation with no notice! The hotel was completely booked with no other rooms available so we were left scrambling calling other hotels for accommodation. They offered no refund at all even though it stated in their cancellation/no show policy that the first night booking price would be held and the rest refunded if you didn’t show (we did show up). Waited over 30min on the phone being told there would be no refund even as I was reading their policy to them. Finally received the partial refund…. But if the dirty lobby was any hint to the cleanliness of the rooms I’m pleased we ended up staying elsewhere anyway.

The first room I was assigned was not clean. I was reassigned a room that was better, but I was still nervous because the pillowcases had makeup on them. They rooms smell pretty stale and can use deep cleaning. There was no guest water or snack that I’m supposed to receive as a Diamond member, the breakfast wasn’t that great, and I wasn’t aware that there wouldn’t be a place to purchase drinks or snacks. It just wasn’t what I was expecting at all. The customer service was nice, so I can say that was the one good thing. However, the hotel can use many improvements.

For the price that we paid I feel robbed, the outside of the hotel was looking nice but as soon as we walked in was it trash everywhere, over the hallway in the bathroom at the lobby and everything in the room was looking old, close to the door was a hole and it had no trim, the mirror in the closet was in a bad shape, the pillows where tiny and old with a strong smell like bleach, when we entered the room the temperature was 60 degrees so it was way too cold for us. The next morning we went to the lobby because tthey said it was free breakfast and all what they had was coffee and hot water not even creamer actually a young lady (a guest) had to take it out of the cabinet and filled the container over the little table. We stayed before in a Holiday Inn for the same price and it was WAY better. Yes it was my fault trying to look for a hotel closer to the place where we had to go trying to avoid Atlanta's traffic. Good lesson we're not going back never again

Positive: The staff I was very helpful and extremely polite. I probably was said hello good morning and have a good day to by everyone I came across which was very polite. Being greeted with a smile does a lot. And the staff was definitely on it and very helpful. Negative: Noone cleaned my room once in 6 days. I asked 3x¿s to get towels. My tub was backed up, drained slow, so it made me feel dirty. The AC wasn¿t able to cool me off. It was soo hot. The staff was the best part of my stay.

Lindbergh or Lenox station, but too far to walk. There is a Holiday inn express that is an easy 10 minute walk from the Lindbergh MARTA station
