Had an amazing 6 night stay. Enjoyed the free breakfast, 2 happy hours a week with pretty good food, and cooked in my kitchenette! Couldn’t make time to hop in the gorgeous pool. Close to many restaurants, main attractions-never needed Uber. Ellis at front desk was amazing, provided many things during our stay. Excellent service!

Thought I was going to get a good stay for the price, The staff was fantastic amazing and informative and friendly. The room itself looked nice enough until you started really looking around. The floor was extremely uneven, One of the radiator covers was being held on by the coffee table. The bathroom smells of mildew and to top it off my daughter found a toenail in her bed.

I was a hospital patient across the street. I checked my wife in here and then joined her after my surgery. Our first pleasant surprise was meeting Ellis and Tami... they were not only "greeters" and registration hosts, but they displayed real, genuine, enthusiastic "care" for us. I've stayed in hotels around the world, but never met the likes of them... Professional, Friendly, Encouraging, Always ready to help. When we left, we felt like we were leaving friends! Our room was bigger than expected, ha everything we needed and it was one of the best "home away from home" stays we've had... and with the surgery I was going through - what a welcome relief this was!! Will we stay there again? - You bet!!!

Such an amazing stay! Mr. Ellis helped me and my friend out tremendously! Outstanding customer service from him made my first day in Atlanta memorable. Any potential issue that could arise, Mr Ellis knew how to handle it and got right on it. Our room was also super clean and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Atlanta or just want a weekend getaway!

Valet parking is $ 30 and garage parking is $ 15. The payment is daily in the valet parking. Every time you enter you pay
We parked in the garage across from the hotel and was charged a fee per day.
There is a parking garage across the street that is attached on the upper level to the crown plaza.
Breakfast starts at 6 AM and goes until 10 AM.
No. The MARTA station is right across the street though.
