Because I am limited in characters I will keep it brief. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel in my life. First, most of the staff, particularly the valet and the poor daytime front desk clerk left by himself even though he was still training, were great. However, after finding bedbugs in our room (which was met with an apathetic "whoops"), we were reassigned to a room that already had occupants. It was quite a frightening and embarrassing experience to walk into an occupied room in the middle of the night and have to explain that we were not breaking in, but we had simply been given keys and access by the hotel. I can't even imagine how the other guests slept that night. On top of that, the response we were met with after our back-to-back issues was, "Wow, that shouldn't have happened. We're definitely sorry about that. We can get you another room." Context can be lost in written form, but the complete absence of care was astonishing. The fallout we are currently dealing with because of the bed bugs is incredibly inconvenient, expensive and I'm truly still just disgusted thinking about it. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Beyond my confidence that the night staff couldn't care less about the verified bed bugs in our original room, I am just so frustrated with the lack of concern and the passive attitudes towards a tremendous screw-up. I will never return to this location, I will do everything in my power to tell others to avoid booking at this location, and I may never book with Marriott again. It would take quite a lot for me to have trust in your company at any point in the future.

I stayed here for 4 days and the customer service I received from the staff was beyond measures. Ms Yolanda was wonderful. Everyone made me feel like I was at mom's house and made me feel comfortable. Now the location was a bit rough for me and not safe to walk around downtown after hours. I'm from Atlanta and how the area around the hotel has gone down is terrible. It made me cry just looking at the area and the homeless people. Ohhh Valet is $45.00 overnight each night. But the rooms need a little improvement ....A/C in the rooms need work and the toilets. We had to switch rooms which was fine and then the tub would not hold water. But overall it was a comfortable stay. π

Google doesnβt let you give 1/2 stars so I rounded it up because of the amazing staff. Yes the hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are nice. We had 2 beds and the separated living room is great. The TV was new and Netflix was very easy to sign into. the staff is 5 stars, easily. Extremely friendly, helpful, and fast to help. If this was staff and service alone Iβd give it 5 stars. But then why the 4 stars? Well the location isnβt exactly amazing. It is very close to the MARTA subway station making it a quick 20 min trip from the airport. In the area are lots of homeless people, which donβt do anything bad but, I honestly felt a little uncomfortable walking back to the hotel at night. But that is not the hotels fault. There is no parking on-site just a heads up, and restaurants are a little bit limited within the vicinity. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Centennial park with Coca Cola world, the aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz stadium, so in the aspect the location is great.

Excellent hotel, I stayed here for 1 night after a concert. 0.6 mile walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the free breakfast was a great plus. Overnight hotel valet parking is on the expensive side ($40), but less expensive if you leave your car for just a few hours. If you've got an important event, make sure you leave time for your valet to get your car (wait times vary based on the time of day.)

It was a parking lot for almost 10 years before the structure was built.
Yes. The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you around downtown. Very safe and reliable.
The Falcons Stadium is less than .5miles from The Fairfield
The shuttle only goes in a 2 mile radius.
We had a service dog with us, but finding a place for your pet to relieve itself is a task as its in an urban city environment (no grass anywhere)
