Hilton should be honored to have such an amazing front desk team! I would love to give a special recognition to Natashia, Tab, & Devon for their superb and top tier customer service! The hotel is immaculate, breakfast is delicious, in an amazing location, and extremely cozy for your short term stay! My children and I felt like we were home while we vacationed, and the phenomenal customer service made this experience beyond 5 stars! Kudos to you guys! Hilton, the staff at this hotel deserve many Blessings! I’d highly recommend, and I will definitely be staying here again!!

Front desk staff at check-in was excellent. The next shift was okay. There were people arguing in our hall, but they eventually quieted down. Room was okay. Strands of hair here and there. The bed was nice and firm. Could hear walking and bumping from above or next door. Breakfast was a nice setup: oatmeal, sausage patties, biscuits, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, waffles. There may have been more, but I didn't notice. $25 to park (but I was aware beforehand)! Two parking areas. Beneath the hotel is super convenient because you have elevator access. Parking next door does not. Pool was closed because it hadn't been cleaned.

For the price of the hotel, overall I was satisfied. The room was cleaned and I felt safe and loved the area. The only issue was parking in the side garage because the lower level was full, the service elevator did not work when checking in and I had a lot of stuff. I just wish the front desk would have suggested that I parked in front entrance to take my stuff to my room before parking the car. But as a female going out for night partying I felt safe. Also the parking is $25 which is the best price so far in Atlanta.

Hampton Inn's are pretty straight forward normally as far as accommodations and amenities go- this one was no different. You got what you paid for, clean, a decent bed at a good rate. I just wanted to comment on how great the staff was-from front desk to housekeeping and then the breakfast bar attendant in the morning all were beyond pleasant, kind, outgoing and professional. We were happy with our stay.

No deposit. However there is usually a $25-$100 incidental fee held and then released sometime after checkout associated with Hilton policies.
No but there are plenty of bars across the street or in the area for liquid courage.
