The location is great its off the highway and is very quiet area. The rooms sucks the beds are uncomfortable the A/C keeps cutting on and off even when it's not on automatic. The bathroom door knob was loose and it locked us on the inside the shower drained slow very slow pool is small, every thing needs updating in this hotel, only 1 elevator is working, the breakfast juice machine was not working only had water for breakfast. Only thing that was great in this hotel was the front desk clerk.

Pictures are either very old or completely fake. Entire facility is in EXTREME disrepair. Elevator is scary. Halfway was filthy for entire 4 night stay. Room had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, but without any kind of ventilation it has causes sever water damage to the carpet and the tables in the room. Roaches in the room. Moldy smell in the room that invaded our clothes causing them to stink. The hair dryer was seriously a fire hazard. No room service at all for the 4 days. The hotel is in a run down area and the parking lot feels unsafe. Due to a convention in town the pricing was triple the normal rate. The swimming pool did not work and I never even saw it. The front desk person's were very nice and I feel sorry for them

I have never been to a Comfort Inn that was in such bad condition. Rooms 4409 and 44011The refrigerator didn't work. The desk chair was broken. The electrical outlets on the night stands didn't work. There was a gross glob on the walls and on the TV. There was dried blood splattered on the bathroom door jam. No sink stopper or drain stopper for the bathtub. Thankfully no coffee cups were provided. When I plugged in the coffee maker a pudrid white liquid shot out. I put a regular cup under it to catch the chunky fluid. Disgusting. The hall smelled of marijuana constantly even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes. There were burn holes in the carpet next to the bed and stains on the curtains. Although the staff was friendly and did at least change the fridge the room needed a proper cleaning. Even the windows had multiple hand prints all over them along with other unidentifiable substances. Breakfast the coffee was lukewarm and the toaster only toasted on one side. My friend went to drink some milk and said it was spoiled. The only positive thing was the bed was comfortable. My associates had a similar experience in their rooms. One just said it was not worth staying another night and booked a Holiday Inn for the rest of the show. They need some new management or at least someone that cares about the quality of the service they provide

Actually for a two star hotel it’s not bad at all. It’s actually a three star hotel, but because of the area, it loses a whole star. It is super clean. And the front desk staff are very nice. Luckily they have a security guard that stays overnight to watch your cars. Because homeless people literally stay two blocks away on the street. Unfortunately this is an area where you cannot walk alone at night. There is a barbecue place two buildings down. They have a huge breakfast area, that again is very clean. For breakfast they have English muffins that you can toast, eggs, sausage, and in the refrigerator they have a jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches that you can microwave. They also have oatmeal, orange juice, and fresh coffee. They also have cereal.
