The standard for rental car companies is to either give you exactly what you asked for or an upgrade. With that being said, this location is awful and you should be ready to wait at least 40 minutes to get your car and another 20 to get out of the lot
If not available, usually give an upgrade
If they do not have the car you reserved or similar most of the time they upgrade the rental
never had an issue, usually the car or truck you need is there
have never had a problem there. used them 3 times in past few years
The car you reserved or a similar make and model will be available
