Yes they don't answer there phone call 800 # other then that I rent online never had problems with them
We only did a return there . No problem and shuttled us to our terminal
I've called the number on there before and they've answered my questions.
I've rented from them about 6-8 times and I usually do everything online.. Their customer service in person is great. I never called so I can't speak on the phone part.
