No dogs are not allowed in the park. The only dogs allowed are service dogs and there are no exceptions. There are multiple signs around the park that say that there are no dogs allowed. There is a sign at the front gate with the employees sit there is a sign in the parking lot and there is a sign by the back of the parking lot going towards the bridge.
