There are bbq grills at the park charcoal
Definitely can have a party there with provided charcoal grills. Not 100% sure of rules, but large parties likely require a permit. Could be any party requires one.
They have BBQ areas for a fee that you have to reserve
I don't think so, this park is for walking or biking ;)
You can't BBQ there for free, you have to use their grill which they charge $100 to use (based on my experience today). No personal grills allowed. For groups, you have to reserve ahead of time.
