Where is the small dog park? I only see one entry.
The most you'll get from the police there is a warning so, I say go for it
$50 a year at city hall, has nothing to do with the Westchester parks id/pernit
Yes it has a large area for big dogs and also u could have an easy time around the park. My dogs are small 22lbs and always stay with the big dogs, never a problem
