Used to be a regular at this location and have come here for years! Stopped by today and was immediately turned off by the staff attitude. I understand we are recovering from a pandemic but very standoffish and uninterested attitudes. When asking about a new flavor (after I was told they aren't doing samples), the woman was short and very transactional. Idk if it was a bad day, but there was nothing "nice" about my experience. And the carrot cake ice cream was nasty. :(

You know it's legit with the made to order liquid nitrogen-- not too many flavors and not needed-- the banana and vanilla were my favs.
