It is mostly paved & flat. So, it shouldn't be a problem.
There are paved paths around most of the area. I think the food area will be a difficult. For some of the shoes it'll also be hard to get in to see. But it's mostly paved. Hardest part will be the parking lot depending where you park and manoeuvring around people. I would also highly recommend buying tickets day of event at Walgreens. Its discounted and comes out to same as most ahead deals. Also since you already have a wheel chair, bring food and water and hang it from the back. I did that with strollers, I'm assuming you can with wheelchairs too. Food and water cost a lot. Everyone is allowed 1 container of water, make it GIANT one. Bring food and say allergies or religious. Them just buy a little food there
Yes you can use a motorized wheelchair. They have buses and motorized carts to transport handicap and elderly people to the main gate. Some shops will be difficult to access but plenty of shows, shops and food. It's a lot of fun
